The 2023 National Night Out in Garden Valley was a hit. The weather was perfect and many organizations participated. Representatives from 95.1 FM KFOK Community Radio acted as the emcees of the event, playing music from KFOK and announcing highlights of the evening. The Georgetown Divide Rotary served hot dogs, chips, salads (provided by Jaci Sowell of Chunks of Heaven), and watermelon. Snow cones were also served. The Divide Chamber had a fully loaded table offering raffle prizes that had been provided by local businesses.
